The second floor unit with front entrance has 2 bedrooms which includes 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. The living room has a full size pull out sofa. Linens and most amenities included for your convenience. The units have everything you need to cook all your meals or order out and enjoy in your spacious kitchen.

Price is for Seasonal Rentals from June through September 

$275.00 per night 3 night minimum + 8.5% hospitality tax and a cleaning fee of $100.00 

$250.00 refundable security deposit.
